WeatherSafety is our top priority. Drone operations may be postponed due to rain, lightning, excessive wind, temporary flight restrictions, or other unsafe flying conditions. If weather prevents your scheduled flight, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
FAA & Airspace RestrictionsAll drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations. Some locations may require airspace authorization or may be restricted from flight altogether. If a location cannot be flown legally or safely, we'll discuss alternative solutions or issue a refund if the project cannot be completed.
Property & Air AccessClients are responsible for ensuring access to the property and obtaining any necessary permissions before the scheduled flight. Delays caused by inaccessible properties may require rescheduling. Some areas may need prior FAA approval, which can take up to 6 weeks to receive a permit for.
Cancellation & ReschedulingCancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Turnaround TimeStandard turnaround is 48–72 hours unless otherwise stated. Larger projects or projects requiring extensive editing may require additional processing time.
Copyright & UsagePortfolio RightsPayments & DepositsUnless otherwise agreed in writing, Visual Vantage Media retains the copyright to all images and video. Clients receive a license to use the delivered media for its intended commercial or personal purpose. Images and videos may not be resold or transferred without written permission.
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the project begins, Visual Vantage Media reserves the right to use completed work for its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be requested depending on the project and would be returned to the client if the shoot was canceled rather than simply rescheduled.
LiabilityVisual Vantage Media is not responsible for delays or project limitations caused by weather, restricted airspace, property access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Image StorageFinal files will be archived for 30 days after delivery. While we make every effort to retain project files longer, long-term storage is not guaranteed.
Drone LimitationsCertain shots may not be possible due to FAA regulations, surrounding obstacles, weather conditions, or safety considerations. We'll always work to capture the best imagery possible within legal and safe operating limits.
